Return Period:
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of order receipt. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (it can be tried on, but please keep the clothing clean and tidy).
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or relevant information, is required.
Items eligible for return due to product issues:
- The received item does not match the order (e.g., incorrect style, color, or size).
- The item has obvious quality issues or damage (e.g., visible flaws or defects).
- The packaging was damaged during transit due to improper packaging by the seller.
For the above issues, please submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the item and provide supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).
Items not eligible for return:
- Partial returns of a set of items will not be refunded.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
- Intimate apparel, such as lingerie, socks, or stockings.
- Items meant for single use or indoor use, such as shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes.
Unauthorized rejected parcels will incur a return shipping fee equal to the order total (e.g., if you refuse to sign for a package and it is returned).
Partial Refunds (if applicable):
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your return.
- If your return request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Upon confirmation, we will promptly resend the item free of charge or issue a refund.
